Sizzlin’ Summer is Here!
After a very busy and a successful month, May is here and the summer is sizzlin’! With the major holidays past us; we can now enjoy the beautiful moderate temperatures of South Florida.
Last year, we observed Members wanting to continue dining with us on Sundays. To that end, I am excited to announce that we will be hosting an action packed Sizzlin’ Summer beginning with a “Summer” Brunch; a make your own tee time Sunday Scramble, and our Sunset Grill to complete the day! The Summer Brunch is $15 per person in the East Dining Room. The Sunset Grill is located in the Grille Room and off the patio, $24 per person. This will be a laid back, casual atmosphere with diverse weekly offerings.
We have also added Pub Night once a month on select Thursdays; offering traditional pub fare and small plates, as well as drink specials! Visit our website or view our flyers for dates and more information!

Summer Watermelon Salad
(Simple though Delicious)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 small seedless watermelon, cut into wedges
- 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
1. To make the balsamic reduction, add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a slight boil and reduce by half, about 6-8 minutes; set aside and let cool.
2. Serve watermelon wedges with goat cheese and mint, drizzled with balsamic reduction.
